Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

• Identification of the removed material and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

BewareOf.ai maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. The threshold for repeat infringement is 3 valid DMCA notices, which will result in account termination.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that filing false DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. We reserve the right to seek damages from anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents information in a DMCA notice.
